Chicago Marriott Oak Brook Hotel

A well-equipped room provided with new equipment, a sofa bed plus refrigerator. Easy check-in, parking onsite. Everything nice.

Location: the hotel was near the shopping center across the street, two bustling malls and Easy to find. Dined at Beatrix, it was not very far from the venue. Liked the room with very large tv, my bed was comfy. The bonus was comfortable room decor and superb bar.

The guest room was spacious, with a large king bed that provided a restful night. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was included in hote charges as per my booking, but I was chraged for teh breakfast due to some confusion. Later the bill was corrceted though, there was a time wasted in getting thsi corrected.

Location was the item. Could walk across the street to the mall and resturants. The drive to the train station was close. Hotel was in good location.

Unfortunately - the bed was horrible. Definitely needs replacing . Otherwise, the room was quiet and we were across from the elevators.

The location and price were excellent and the staff was wonderful.

Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. Maintenance needed in shower access.

We enjoyed our stay with mom, especially the comfortable room and peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect, just minutes from the mall, and the breakfast spread was mouth-watering. It really made our family getaway special.

In my kids' opinion, the pool hours could be better for family fun.

easy access to parks and local attractions

during my stay, I loved how close I was to fine outdoor spaces like Ty Warner Park and Prospect Park, made my weekend strolls so enjoyable and filled with beautiful views of nature while being just a short walk from art at Martin Lawrence Gallery, making it a perfect blend of relaxation and city exploration.

We spent an afternoon at Brookfield Zoo and enjoyed relaxing in the spacious room equipped with a 32-inch LCD TV. The staff was friendly, and the location was super convenient for our plans.

The check-in process took way too long. We had to wait several times to get our key cards sorted. It was annoying and unnecessary.

The fitness room was well equipped, nice for a satisfying workout experience. The location is a definite plus, right across from a large mall packed with dining options. One downside was the Concierge Lounge that offered lackluster food choices without any beer or wine. Rooms were generally comfortable but could benefit from improved amenities.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the fine pool area perfect for relaxation. The fitness center exceeded my expectations, and the Starbucks on site was a good perk for my hectic mornings. Don't miss the delicious breakfast at the lounge for a great start to your day!

My family and I had a fantastic two-night stay! The kids loved the game room and we enjoyed the cozy lounge area for relaxing after a long day. The only downside was the small sink area in the bathroom, but it didn’t take away from our fun. 😊

The only downside was the air conditioning unit, a bit noisy.

I was impressed by the elegant lobby decor and the spacious layout, made movement around the hotel easy for seniors like myself. The cleanliness of the common areas really added to the cute atmosphere .

More accessible seating in common areas would help.
